What file formats are your templates available in?

We sell 2 types* of templates:

1. Canva Templates - that can be accessed on Canva.com with a FREE account. They can be accessed on any device with an internet connection. Canva is very user friendly and easy to use. We recommend this template if this is your first time using a digital template.

2. PDF Download - this is where the full template will be downloaded in PDF form. It can then be edited in a PDF editing software like Goodnotes or Notability. We recommend this template if you are familiar with either Goodnotes or Notability.

Do you provide technical support for using the templates?

Basic instructions are provided upon purchase. Further support can be found here:

Can I edit the templates after purchase?

All files are meant to be edited after purchase! You can add/replace the text, add photos, etc. to personalize your template.

 

 Do you offer refunds or exchanges for templates?

All sales are final due to the nature of the products being digital.

 

Are the templates compatible with both Mac and PC?

Yes. Canva can be accessed from any device. Goodnotes generally works better on MAC products, but very recently is offering a PC version. Notability is offered on both MAC and PC. 

 

What size do the templates come in?

All templates are 8.5" x 11" unless stated otherwise in the description.  

 

Can I use the templates for commercial purposes?

All templates are for personal use only and cannot be sold or distributed for commercial use.

 

Will there be any watermarks on the templates?

No.
